“I have been a practitioner and teacher of sports massage for 20+ years. My experience includes 10 years working and teaching London plus 6 years working in Spas on Princess Cruise Liners.

My Modalities include Therapeutic/Remedial and Sports Massage, Reflexology & Aromatherapy.

I believe that safety and effectiveness go hand in hand with meeting the needs of the individual at that moment. 

I also have previous experience as a teacher of Aerobics, Step, Circuit Training, Alexander Technique and Martial Arts."
